Since May 2019, I have been Software Developer.

I deal with designing and developing new features of the TCPOS product, contributing to the continuous improvement of the POS platform, suggesting improvements to the software architecture and the use of new technologies and products.

Zucchetti Switzerland SA

From January 2018, to April 2019, I held the role of 3rd Level Support Analyst Engineer.

I was in charge of providing assistance by troubleshooting TCPOS problems and integrations with associated third-party software and hardware.

Specifically, I was in charge of:
  • Qualification of problems reported by subsidiaries, partners or customers
  • Reproduction of the problem in debug mode
  • Identify the point in the source code that is responsible for the problem
  • Code the solution
  • Collaborate with the developer team to investigate and solve complex problems
  • Perform bugfixing activities
  • Be the main point of contact between 2nd level support and the development team
